For her second feature film, Elle Callahan (Head Count) is returning to the world of horror. The director is gearing up to make Witch Hunt, a supernatural horror-thriller that tackles topical themes.
Set in a modern American where witches are real and witchcraft is illegal, Claire (Gideon Adlon) has to face her own demons and prejudices as she helps two young witches escape the country. Callahan has described the film as an opportunity to point a camera at society and show the dangers of our irrational fears.
Adlon will star alongside Abigail Cowen (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost), and Christian Camargo (The Hurt Locker).
