Caustic Reality’s psychological horror game Infliction was expected to hit consoles this year, but you’ll have to wait a little longer to have nightmares. The game will now be released digitally for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on February 25th, 2020.
Infliction is set in the aftermath of an unthinkable tragedy and follows Gary R. Pout as he wanders through the remnants of his fractured home, piecing together clues and trying to atone for the sins of the past, all while slowly succumbing to a malevolent force within.
Released on Steam back in 2018, the game is getting an “Extended Cut” for its console release. This version will include everything from the original, plus additional endings and a “New Game Plus” mode with remixed puzzles and fresh scares.
