Ben Wheatley (High-Rise, A Field in England) has revealed that he made a horror film while in lockdown!
In a recent chat with the website Little White Lies, the director noted that the piece is a response to the COVID-19 crisis. Wheatley felt that contemporary releases felt strangely dated due to the fact that they couldn’t take the pandemic into account, so he made his own.
The as-yet-untitled film was shot over the course of 15 days in August. We’ll bring you more details as we hear them.
