IFC Midnight has birthed a suspenseful trailer for Kindred, a new psychological horror film from director Joe Marcantonio.
Kindred follows vulnerable mother-to-be Charlotte as she is taken in by her recently deceased boyfriend’s mother and the woman’s stepson, who seem increasingly obsessed with her every move. Plagued by mysterious hallucinations, Charlotte’s suspicions grow about their intentions for her unborn child.
Marcantonio co-wrote the film with Jason McColgan. The cast includes Tamara Lawrance (The Long Song), Fiona Shaw (Harry Potter franchise), and Jack Lowden (Calibre).
Kindred releases in theatres and on VOD on November 6th. Check out the official trailer below!
