Crawl, the new movie from Alexandre Aja (Haute Tension, The Hills Have Eyes), is crashing into theatres soon—and in a newly released clip from Paramount, we see that Aja hasn’t lost his brutal touch.
Set in Florida during a massive hurricane, Crawl follows Haley (Kaya Scodelario), who ignores evacuation orders to go searching for her missing father (Barry Pepper). Unfortunately the encroaching floodwaters trap them both inside the family home—and they’re not alone. The water is infested with alligators, and by the looks of things, they’re hungry…
Produced by horror legend Sam Raimi, Crawl hits theatres in the U.S. on July 12th before arriving in the U.K. on August 23rd. Take a look at the new clip here – and whatever you do, stay out of the water.
