Ahead of its U.S. theatrical release on August 23rd, Freaks has got a brand new poster and trailer, and they’re serving up some serious sci-fi chills.
Written and directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein, Freaks stars Emile Hirsch as a father trying desperately to keep his young daughter (Lexy Kolker) from leaving their dilapidated house. But she’s desperate for freedom—and the siren song of an ice cream truck driven by Bruce Dern’s Mr. Snowcone may prove too tempting to resist.
