A feature film adaptation of Alberto Corredor’s horror short Baghead is in the works over at Studiocanal.
Baghead revolves around a mysterious being that’s able to manifest the dead and bring them back into our world—but only for short intervals. People seek out this being hoping to reconnect their lost loved ones. But there may be a high price to pay…
Corredor will return to direct the feature film, which will reportedly build on the short’s premise and take a “Saw-like approach” with a supernatural twist. He’ll also serve as an executive producer alongside Roy Lee, Jake Wagner, and Lorcan Reilly. Andrew Rona and Alex Heineman of The Picture Company will produce.
