Newly launched streaming platform Quibi is developing a bite-sized horror anthology series called Horror Accidental.
From writer and director Evan Daugherty (writer of Divergent and Snow White and the Huntsman), the series is based on the Japanese TV drama of the same name produced by Fuji Television Network. Made exclusively for mobile viewing, episodes will centre around everyday situations that normal people find themselves in—and will explore the horrific possibilities that lurk around every corner in our modern world.
Horror Accidental is produced by ALTER and Scoop Productions. The series is executive produced by Amuse Group USA, Fuji TV, and ALTER’s Van Toffler and Cody Zwieg.
