Deep Blue Sea 3 is getting a Digital release on July 28th before swimming onto Blu-Ray and DVD on August 25th—and the new trailer (below) has teeth!
Directed by John Pogue (The Quiet Ones) and written by Dirk Blackman (Underworld: Rise of the Lycans), the third instalment in the action-horror franchise sees marine biologist Dr. Emma Collins and her team studying the effect of climate change on the great white shark population around a sunken island town. Unfortunately, their peaceful life is disrupted by the arrival of Dr. Collins’ ex-boyfriend Richard Lowell who’s looking for some escaped bull sharks. But the sharks aren’t what they seem—and neither are Lowell’s intentions.
Tania Raymonde (Lost, Texas Chainsaw 3D) stars as Dr. Collins, with Nathaniel Buzolic (The Vampire Diaries) playing Lowell. The cast also includes Emerson Brooks, Reina Aoi, and Bren Foster.
