Writer-director Jacob Chase’s Come Play releases on October 30th—and the new poster and images tease something terrifying.
Based on Chase’s short film Larry, Come Play follows Oliver, a lonely boy who feels different from everyone else. Desperate for a friend, he seeks solace and refuge in his ever-present cell phone and tablet. But when a mysterious creature uses the boy’s devices against him to break into our world, his parents must fight to save their son from the monster beyond the screen.
Azhy Robertson stars in the film as Oliver. Gillian Jacobs (Bad Milo) and John Gallagher Jr. (10 Cloverfield Lane) play his parents, Sarah and Marty.
